This badge was issued just after World War II. It will be hard to see in the scan but it reads POLICE DEPT on top and USMC on the bottom with the Guam seal in the center. One US Marine was assigned to each village on Guam as the chief law enforcement officer. First issue badge after World War II for Guam Police.
