Formerly the Ellice Islands, Tuvalu is one of the world's
smallest independent Nations. The nine coral Atolls it includes
are located about 1,000 kilometers north of Fiji.
Their Police Officers wear a British style cap badge with the
Tuvalu Coat-of-Arms. They were issued patches in 2003. Please be
aware that someone in Spain has made a poor reproduction of the
official Tuvalau patch. The fake patch, also shown below, is done
on felt material. The real patch is 100% embroidered and has the
makers label on the back under the plastic.
